Welcome to a space where healing, growth, and self-discovery are nurtured through a tailored approach rooted in acceptance, empowerment, and compassion. I believe in providing every individual with holistic and integrative care that respects the complexities of their unique journey.

I am fascinated by attachment-based, humanistic and experiential therapeutic modalities. My primary therapeutic modalities include Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal and Somatic approaches.
​
I’ve also been where you are - as a client. I’m no stranger to the intense experiences of trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, and grief. Every therapeutic approach I offer is one I’ve personally experienced. I bring that firsthand understanding into the work we do together. I believe that the process of understanding our roots and patterns and re-writing our stories has the potential to be lifesaving and life-changing.

I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We'll consider your unique identity and experiences and work together to help you navigate life's challenges and cultivate resilience.
