Relationship Therapy
Love is a constant process of tuning in, connecting, missing and misreading cues, disconnecting, repairing, and finding a deeper connection.
Sue Johnson

Welcome to a dedicated space where all forms of relationships are honoured, celebrated, and nurtured. I passionately believe that every relationship deserves to thrive, be understood, and be supported with compassion and respect.

I am particularly passionate about working with queer relationships. I embrace the diversity of relationship structures and orientations, offering a non-judgmental and affirming space for partners to explore and navigate their unique dynamics.

Types of Relationships I Work With

Romantic Partnerships: Whether you're dating, engaged, in a domestic partnership, or married, I'm here to help you strengthen your connection, navigate challenges, and cultivate a thriving partnership.

Queer Relationships: As a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to supporting queer relationships. I offer a safe, affirming, and understanding space for partners to work through challenges and celebrate their love.

Ethically Non-Monogamous/Polyamorous Relationships: I warmly welcome individuals and partners in ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships. I provide a safe, affirming, and understanding space to explore and navigate this relationship style.

In relationship therapy sessions, we will explore the unique dynamics, strengths, and opportunities for growth within your relationship(s). I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where open communication and understanding are encouraged. Together, we'll work on strategies to enhance communication, deepen connection, and create a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship.
